I want to put a baby in her.
Mga Kababayan! I've got some bad news and I've got some fucked up news. Which one do you want first? Lets start with the bad news. Transparency International (A Global Coalition Against Corruption) has released the 2009 Corruption Perceptions Index which is a table that shows a country's ranking and score based on a nation's ability and success rate to steal from its people. The rankings show how one country compares to others--included in the index and the CPI score is the perceived level of public-sector corruption in a country/territory. 180 countries in the world, guess where our country landed?
You're right! This is the fucked up news. The Republic of the Philippines ranked a miserably low 139th. Let me spell it out as if i were writing a cheque that I know is going to bounce: One hundred thirty-ninth in the world. To make that wound feel a little bit worse, let me name a few countries that ranked higher than us. These were countries that I would likely never visit because I assumed they eat children over there.
--Pakistan 139th
--Libya 130th
--Syria 126th
--Ethiopia 120th
--Rwanda 89th
--Colombia 75th
--Cuba 61st
Cuba. Where some of their people are trying to jump on rafts, float through stormy waters, risking their lives to defect to other countries. Yeah, that Cuba, finshed 78 places higher than us. Hey, at least we kicked Afghanistan's ass. Come on pare, let's all go Bora, relax on the beach and forget this shit ever happened.
Now I got some great news! Kelly Brook looks insanely hot in that photo.
